For the last 5 years, I have made my way north to Bristol Bay to harvest Salmon from one of the largest wild salmon runs in the world. I wrapped up my first season as a captain, aboard my boat, The Emerald Sea. Over the years, It has become my passion to bring this wonderful product back to Salt Lake City to share with my friends and family. From the ocean to your table, it is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
